AIVizScore provides AI-assisted analysis of publicly available business information to generate AI Visibility Reports and related recommendations. Our reports are intended to help businesses better understand their online visibility and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to use this service on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Payments

Certain features require a one-time payment. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase and may change at any time for future purchases.

4. Accuracy of Information

Our reports are generated using publicly available information, AI-assisted analysis, and third-party data sources. While we strive to provide accurate and useful insights, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any information contained within a report. Online business information changes frequently, and report results may change over time.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Your AI Visibility Report is intended to provide informational insights and recommendations only. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will improve search rankings, AI visibility, customer acquisition, revenue, or recommendations by AI platforms or search engines. Results will vary based on numerous factors outside of our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, software, reports, scoring methodologies, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with AIVizScore are owned by Ghost Lab LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a report grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that report for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our reports or proprietary methodologies without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ghost Lab LLC and AIVizScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from or related to your use of our website, services, or reports. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable report.
